Hi, I’m Jackie! I live in the picturesque hills of Valley Head, Alabama where I create charming spaces of graceful living and hospitality.

I am a local author and devotional writer with a heart for creating reflective, faith rooted resources that connect to everyday living and the beauty of home. I’m currently working on a self-published “warm welcome” devotional collection to encourage those facing tender seasons.

I’ve organized community events, including receiving a community award for my Life Skills Project, which helped marginalized women in Florida and faith initiative retreats reaching women in Birmingham, Alabama. I co-authored a book for young women discovering their identity in Christ, reaching several hundred readers, and created many resources for women’s groups, ministries, and devotionals.

My family and I live on 12 acres in the hills of Alabama with our two labs, Major Nelson and Emma Rose and Beatrice Buns our English Spot rabbit. On our farm, I focus on writing, creating welcoming spaces, enjoying nature, collecting mud boots and aprons, antiquing, art, cooking, gardening, and home styling.
